Very professional and polite. Arrived on time to view the work. Came back then next day as promised and removed the tree that had fallen on the house. He could've cancelled the job since there was a mechanical problem with his bucket loader. He didn't, he came and climbed the tree and removed the 40 foot tree by sawing it in small sections. 4 times the work. He did the job as promised!! They even cleaned up everything, I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

the guys did a great job in a very difficult area that required the permission of the university of lowell to close down two brand new parking lots for a day, one of which was faculity parking'. also i had a 100 year ash tree out front that had electric and phone wires running through it. all the guys who came out to do the job were nice people, and i would recommend aspen tree service to any of my friends..
